Overview Welcome to Essence-Ciel (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and related policies describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Essence-Ciel names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. Do not use them without our prior written consent. Other marks are the property of their owners.

  • Essence-Ciel is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases in our store are between you and Essence-Ciel. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Essence-Ciel. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Essence-Ciel.
