    Each chain and bracelet is inspected before leaving the workshop. If a manufacturing defect appears under normal wear, we will repair or replace the piece according to our assessment.

    We offer cleaning, polishing and size adjustments for Essence-Ciel pieces. Because we know the original alloys and construction, we can service your jewelry safely over time.
